International orders are sent via DHL express and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. All of our deliveries require a signature on delivery.

Duties and Taxes

All US orders under $800 USD will be shipped without any duty fees. 

For US orders over $800 USD, please note that additional duties will apply. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches the US, you will be contacted by DHL direct to arrange payment. If you're placing an order under $800 USD to avoid customs charges, please be aware that you may still incur fees depending on your country’s specific import policies. Factors that can affect this include:

• Value of Goods: Customs duties may apply if the parcel value exceeds limits set by the importing country.
• Type of Goods: Items such as alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or other regulated products may attract higher duties or require special permits.
• Import Regulations: Certain countries have unique import restrictions that could result in extra charges or delays.
• GST (Goods and Services Tax): Some countries, like Australia, apply GST on top of customs duties.
• Processing Fees: Customs may charge an additional fee to process and release your parcel.

In some cases, you may also be asked to provide your Social Security Number in order to collect your order.

If these duties or taxes are not paid, your order will be returned to us. Once received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any return fees, shipping costs, and customs charges.
